RenuSec does not carry any direct warranties on products listed on the webstore. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Review Warranty Terms: Refer to the warranty documentation provided with your product to ensure that the issue is covered under warranty and that your product is still within the warranty period. Contact Customer Support: If you believe your issue is covered under warranty, please contact one of our friendly sales representatives for assistance in lodging your claim. The applicable documentation (RMA form) will be provided for completion. The following is required in order for RenuSec (Pty) Ltd to complete a warranty registration: - Certificate of compliance (COC) - Detailed photographs of your installation (If the install was not done by RenuSec (Pty) Ltd) We are unable to register any claim without the mentioned information. Assessment and Resolution: Once we receive your warranty claim, our team will assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include troubleshooting steps, repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the terms of the warranty. Return Authorization (if applicable): If your warranty claim requires you to return the product for repair or replacement, our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product to us. Resolution: We strive to resolve warranty claims in a timely manner and will keep you informed throughout the process. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the resolution of your claim. Exclusions: Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty may be void if the product is not installed, operated, or maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.
